• Module carrier - variants
The module carrier is individually manufactured for each case of application.
That means: The entire spectrum of all Solar Power-modules available at the market can be used. The framework width and length determine the number of module rows. The PV-modules are laterally introduced and locked to 8m/12m special profiles. No additional screw connection of the module framework is necessary, which means that assembly is fast and simple. Pin-riveted or secured screwed angle profiles on the sides protect the module rows from theft. Cross-wind bonds provide stability to the entire construction. The module carrier profiles are galvanized or made of aluminum and are develivered as prefabricated assembly packages.
The adjusted total output of a mover is approx. 6-21 kWp. Custom-made variations can be realized at the customer´s request at short notice. New PV-module types are introduced to our current range at short notice.
• Control – communication – sensor technology - security
By using both a local PV controller (PVlocal) and a central control
station (PVleitstand), Löseke & Marx are able to supply a
radio-controlled system, which provides the overall control functions
for the general operation of synchronized continuous and demo working
modes (e.g. for commissioning) and has been specifically designed to
operate as a completely self-sufficient system.
The central PVcontrol station can be optionally expanded into a PCsuite,
which includes a PV monitor that can be used to supervise the power
generation as well as to maintain all of the functions needed with
regard to running a professional maintenance management system.
The controller uses microprocessor-based circuits, which have been
optimized to fulfill the project definition requirements. National as
well as international Support is guaranteed by our extensive service
organization, starting with the installation and the commissioning and
covering all of the servicing while the plant is running.
This support not only covers the control system but also the additional services needed for maintaining a photovoltaic park’s infrastructure, such as the power electronics, Internet connection, remote servicing and other specific requirements such as a proactive reporting system.
Functions of the PVlocal controller
In addition to various monitoring functions, the controller’s other basic functions are:
- Calculating the daily program, which depends on the date, the longitude and the latitude
- Regular autonomous adjustment checks
- Changing between the two synchronized operating modes
- a) live mode, and
- b) trial mode with up to 12 day-cycles in one calendar day
- Customized operation available thanks to a variety of parameters.
- Integrated dynamic motor monitoring for the protection of the mechanical system
- Precision through a high-speed monitoring system
PVleitstand (central controller)
PVleitstand is the central controller and forms the basis for the monitoring. Standard delivery includes a clear diagram showing the last status messages of the PVlocal. Due to the self-sufficient nature of the PVlocals, the central unit only updates the time in the local units during operative mode.
The concept of the system is like a database and stores the current parameters of each PVlocal with respect to ACTUAL and TARGET values. The set-up also allows for individual evaluations to be made.
The installation of the software should be made on a remotely accessible normal PC or industry computer, so that observation and control of the PVlocals and therefore the complete park can be done via the internet.
The standard functions are
1.Actualization of the parameters of the PVlocals
2.Storing the status messages of the PVlocals
3.Actualization of the firmware
4.Changing the operative modes
PV-Monitor
The optional PV-Monitor provides, apart from numerous optional diagrams including calling up the daily program, also the possibility of making evaluations available to potential investors, tailored to their investment needs. This includes productive data of those electronics which are accessible via a computer hook-up. The exchange of data with the computer system of a potential investor (eg their own local PV-Monitor) would be done via the internet.
PV-Maintenance
The optional PV-Maintenance rounds off the product family and offers, along with numerous optional diagrams, the opportunity of monitoring individual objects of the park – from the motors of the individual movers to the lawn mower. Work details can for example be given for maintenance and upkeep can be lodged or called up. The operator can organize maintenance and service efficiently; he can monitor it and reduce it to a minimum effort.
The data exchange with external systems (local PV Monitor) of, for example an investor, would be made via the internet.
Summary:
The electronic components of the PV Mover cover all typical requirements and interests of the park operator and of potential investors. The data transfer with radio signals reduces costs drastically while increasing security and profits significantly, since a vulnerable bus cabling system is not needed. Animals or other environmental influences cannot hinder controlling.
